Amy B. had an earthquake at her office, in a high rise in Santa Monica, just across from the pier.
Until the elevator company comes to re-set the elevators, she is stuck there with no lunch as she says she is not about to walk down 8 flights of stairs and back up again just to eat.
Poor Amy B. I hope she does not starve

thanks for the concern - i'm okay - was able to scavenge food out of the frig at work - elevators worked again by 2pm!!! :)
ps - the phrase was "I'm hungry AND lazy" which is a bad combination when the elevators aren't working cause there was an earthquake, you're on the 8th floor of a building, and it's lunchtime!
