Day 1 - St Maarten

Last Sunday was our first full day of our cruise, and we landed in St Maarten around 9:30. The first half of the day was running around replacing clothes for Carrie and Doyle, but we ultimately made it to Orient Beach on the French side.

Since we were just there, most of the sights have already been posted on here. Instead of showing the same kind of stuff again, I am showing some of the activities that are available there. Well mostly, after this one pic of just water.

The sailboat photo shows Pinel island.

The yellow thing in the other photo is a huge trampoline. I REALLY wanted to play on it, but there were only kids on it, and I did not know if fat old people were allowed on it, so I did not even ask. I probably should have.

I have no idea the point of this happy face on this chute, which was not a parasail boat or a kite surfing boat---but it cracks me up all the same. Even the balloons are happy there!

And there is always just playing on the beach, like Carrie and Doyle are doing here. This is Carrie's #2 swimsuit buy of the day--and she even got a deal as everyone felt sorry for her for losing her luggage. The Sexy Fruits store is one of my favorite and I told them I would mention the store for giving her a big discount.

So here is the store--they have really cute suits, plus these hysterical pornographic statues that are the name sake of the store. The shop is right on the beach

And finally, the most fun thing to do in St Maarten is to look at nekkids. I am again sparing you the more explicit photos of funny nekkid people, but I have to tell you about the very elderly man who moseyed up into Pedro's just before we left. He had to be at least 70, naked as a jaybird except for the hat on his head, and he had the shakes. I mean, ALL OVER the shakes. If I recall correctly, he had a cigarette in one hand, and a cocktail (ha, man am I funny) in the other. I may e blocking out the details in an effory to save my poor eyeballs from burning as I relive it.

On that note, I have to stop talking about it for fear I will get so wound up, I will not be able to sleep.

Stay tuned for Dominica stories and photos tomorrow

Great pictures... Did you buy any goodies at the Sexy Fruit store?

Oh comeon, tell us the "good" stories about the "nekkids"

The scenery is gorgeous!

We all know you love your nekkids!

Gosh! Land, sea, air----- scenes are beautiful.

Why "mess it up" with nekkids at age 70? ? ? ?

Look forward to more. Can never seem to have enough views of your trips.

Thanks Carol

Heeeheee. The 70 year old nekkid one with the shakes is pretty funny. WHow do you know that everything was wiggling?

Well it may have been a 70 year old weiner, but it was still a weiner right out in public--and wiggling about the way it was, it was hard to ignore. Plus I wanted to know where it was tan too--so I had to look, didn't I?

Surely I am not the only one who would check this out?

Nope Lorna-- I always mean to buy somethign as a joke for Rita, as she is a big perv, but then I get embarrassed and cannot make my self do it.

I am such a prude

Carrie did get the cute zebra bikini there though

HAHAHA. Made me laugh right out loud. Mmmm nekkids. Wiggling. 70 year old. Good times. I love that he was like well, I'm old, might as well go nekkid and have fun, hehe. Although it would have been much better without the shaking *ALLLLL* over. Provides for great entertainment however.
