Interviewing

Today is the big day, I am interviewing a potential employee at the farm. I am praying she is as good as she sounds, but you know how that is. It will make things easier to have some of the maintenance issues handled so I can concentrate on the things I want to do like working with babies and riding. It is scary though, since horse people are so generally counterfeit, I find it hard to beleive someone would fall in my lap just when I was ready to do something. In the past when that has happened, I have gotten burned pretty badly.
