I went to the Iris Farm today, a local place where they have lots and lots of Irises, including a bunch of rare varieties
I probably do not have to tell you that I do not know jack about irises.
But it was fun to take pics of them--especially since it was so bright that I could not review my photos as I took them to see if they were any good.
These yellow and peach ones were my favorite, I think.
Flowers make me think of Gran Gran, as she is all about gardening.
This one was pretty individually, but in the photo, and in a group, I did not really like it. All the detail in the petals kind of jumple up when there are a lot together.
Science tricks me--how cool that they can be two colors
I have a plan up my sleeve--but I am saving it to see if it gets pulled off. It involves these flowers. And some other stuff
Stay tuned

I like Irises too, but I've never planted them. Maybe one day!
And I really like the yellow and purple one, very neat!
Those are such pretty flowers. You take nice photos!
Iris are so pretty and so easy to grow! Chuck 'em anywhere sunny and BAM! you got yourself a garden.
Those were awesome! I love the combo of purple and yellow, 2 of my favorite colors!
Wow! I didn't know they came in so many colors. I'm a flower moron though! Very pretty.
I like all the irises! Lovely job on photographing them. Irises are one of my favorite flowers and I wish I had some planted here. Thanks for sharing!
Wow! Your pics came out great. The flowers are even prettier in your pictures than they were actually.
Baby pictures are fantastic, too.
