Is this a hoot or what? Baby girl here has her hind legs wrapped to let her tendons relax. They are to stay wrapped for 48 hours, then off for 24 hours and then determine if she still needs it. She took one off already and I could tell that she was already way relaxed, and probably did not need them put back on. Better safe than sorry though.
She is such a little sprite, but all Snap's babies are. They have the best nature too. Something about this one cracks me up.
This evening was farrier marathon evening--but I messed up the farrier's plans and through three sets of shoes in the mix. That put him off speed trimming, but he still managaed to get ten done. What we have to decide now is WHO those were--since I was not there until the end, I really do not know. Radar, Hawk and Gyro got shoes to go camping next weekend. Snap, Diablo, Cash, Gypsy, Melody, Xan and Hotrod got trims. I think that is right. That of course leaves a whole passel of two year olds and various other folk that need done, but we are almost totally caught up. Which is good and bad because it is always good to be caught up on feet, but it is bad because it also means that Marvin is really leaving.
In light of the other things that are going wrong in the world, I will have to deal. It looks like Barry's ex-company is likely headed to bankruptcy, Jenna got bad news about her grandma's health, Meagan is struggling with her twin pregnancy, Rita has some things going on, and my biggest complaint today was that I was unaware we needed bulk shavings delivered.
Then again, Jackie had a daughter last nite, and that is always good. I cannot wait to see her.
My weight loss goal for tomorrow was very aggressive, and I bet I missed it, but I have done all right overall.
That is about all the random thoughts I can type before I have to go back to the farm to tend to baby poops a lot.

Those pink wraps are adorable on that baby girl, she is stylin'! Sorry to hear so much craziness is going on....tomorrow is Friday, yipee!
Oh so cute!!! She looks so adorable with the wraps on!!! Sorry to hear the bad news for everyone!! I hope and pray things get better!!! Have a wonderful Friday :~)
I agree that the pink wraps are adorable.
So sorry to hear about the outcome of Barry's company.
Hahaha! She makes me think she's gonna start breaking into dance ala Flashdance! She's a maniac, maniac, on the farm - LMAO!!
Have a great Friday Paige!
Such a bling-bling little girl with the pink wraps! I think you named her when you said such a little 'sprite' - I think that would be perfect for her.
Sorry about all the bad news. The silver lining is that now the bad things are out of the way, the good things can start popping up!
Hang in there!
Are you sure she's not an 80s baby with her hot pink leg warmers? :)
I'm sorry to hear about your friends having difficulties and Barry's job. But I'm glad to hear that Jackie's baby is doing well.
She just needs a purple off the shoulder sweatshirt to match her leg warmers.
