The other thing I did at the sorting when I got a chance was take shots of THINGS--since they could not move and thus blur my shot when my aperture was not big enough. Frustrating
That last one sucks. Blech.
I need a macro lens, I guess. I shall put it on my Christmas list- but I need some recommendations. My camera is a Can Rebel Xti. Bring on the recs, ladies!

Keep shooting! I'm a "thing" girl as well. Gives me the time to jack around with my settings. Otherwise, I usually miss the shot.
