I do not know if you can see it very clearly, but Snap is making a funny face at her son Reno---she always has her bottom lip hanging in a pseudo-stoner look anyway, but in this picture, she had the right side curled up as if she was whispering to him.
This is not the pic I was trying to take, but it is what I got, and it is kinda sweet, isn't it?
