For people not that into swimming, 1.5 seconds is a long long long time in a 400 meter race. He already broke the record once in this event already in these Games, having broken it in the qualifying heat
The man is a freak--now can he sustain this throughout the next two weeks?
I bet he can.
That hot Ryan Lochte took bronze too
