I cannot get up in the mornings, I just cannot do it. I slept 11 hours Saturday nite, 10 hours Monday nite, and my alarm did not go off for water aerobics this morning, so I was 15 minutes late. That is not conducive to getting a very good workout.
Cardio boxing is tonight though, after my tan, so I hope to make up for it. I feel so lethargic and slothful, something has to change.

You'll feel better after you've been in routine for awhile. Stress is working against you again. Remember, to accept the things you cannot change and pray.
Love you,
Mom
Well isnt that a load of crap. The first 2.5 weeks were easy, and I felt great.
I can change anything I want to change--the problem is wanting to bad enough
my internal clock seems to be set for after 8am. If I can sleep till 8ish I'm good to go for the day. If I have to get up before that....I'm exhausted. That's why I asked for 3-11 shift.....
It has to be the weather! ! ! ! It is conducive to hibernating, sleeping, resisting anything! ! !
Gotta blame it on something why not Mother Nature.
Carol-- where everything has shut down in Paducah for a inch of snow but FORECASTING many inches tonight or tomorrow.
See I told ya and you must have plenty of snow. Relax
Paige, your tired because of stress, stress can wear us out fast and hard.
Hey Paige,
I just started the water aerobics out here - it's a killer workout - i was sure it was going to be a bunch of old people with swimcaps and big bathing suits on, but nope - it's great! I agree - the first couple weeks are easy to stay motivated (that's where I am right now - just started all this). I'm sure I will peter out soon....
Good luck with the workouts!!!!
I am glad yoau re doing it--it is harder than it looks isnt it? I get great ab workout in there, and can do things I cannot do on land.
Mine is mostly older people, but I dont care. Also mostly videos and some suck, but some are great.
Four months to Belize! Did I tell you that we are going to do Nitrox in St Louis at a dive shop before we come?
Yay! I'm so glad your doing the Nitrox thing - I wussed out last weekend in Vegas - water was 52 degrees and that's just ridiculous. I will do it before the trip in May when the water is warmer....I'm getting excited!!!!
