Diablo's speckles baby sure is cute. I do not know that I could have asked for more from her.
Except maybe a name. I just keep calling her the Speckled Baby, but that is not any kind of name.

All of these pics were taken in the space of 5 minutes--about 7:30 or a little later tonight. But in every pic, she looks like a different color
Even her hiney is cute.
I need to get back to making time to enjoy these animals. It always makes me feel better to have just hung out with them.
Twist is still under observation, but seems to be doing all right. I do not want to jump the gun and say the threat is over, as I am sure we are not totally in the clear yet. I am optimistic though for sure.
Today was a beautiful day, only about 80 degrees. I got to bushhog after work, which does my heart good to clean things up around here. Now if the weed-eater fairy would turn up.
Tequila is not at her best tonight. She was not interested in even hot dogs this evening, but seems to be perking up. If only she would rebound for real, I would be content.

How about Sprinkles? hooves
I think you have named her - SPECKLE.
I hope both Twister and Quila are okay soon.
Life got sweet last night and hope it continues with Twist and Quilla.
There is something "peaceful" with the boring job of bush-hogging or mowing grass. Gives time to think about the motor noises.
How about D S for baby. You call Barry BS--Barry Strawn. D S is Diablo's Speckles?
Just a corn ball idea!
Enjoy Carol

the heat can also dampen appetites (thinking about Quila). Some days she may not eat well and if she goes 24 hours I would not worry excessively. She may make up for that in the next 12.
I am glad Twist seems to be doing ok, and that baby sure is a cutie!
The speckles remind me of soda pop fizz:)
Quila breaks my heart. But it does depend on how hot she's been. Is she drinking?
Gabi named her stuffed dog Kiki. I went in to get her up this morning and she said, "Look Mommy! It's Kiki." And then giggled. How cute is that? She loves that dog...

No-Name Baby is so cute! Her head looks so tiny, she reminds me of the Last Unicorn.
I agree with Carrie. Speckles.. very fitting.
Have you tried baby food for Quilla? Either mixed with something (cottage cheese, eggs, whatever) or just plain. My dogs will eat meat baby food when they won't take anything else. Of course, you'll need a vat of it for a dane. And it only comes in those bitty jars. But it might jumpstart her appetite.
I love all your animals. Give my regards to peeeg.

You do need to give that speckled baby a name!!! HA, who am I to talk LOL!!! It only took me a month to come up with Stone's name :) And you are right she does have a cute hiney!! Those speckles on her side are just to cool!!
Here's to hoping that Twist and Quilla are both doing better!!
How about 'Speck of Trouble'?
i think freckles or dotsy think about it

Hey, have you thought about double registering her? She should pass under the new paint rules.
Sure is cute.
Okay, I was watching rerun of "It's Me Or The Dog" on animal planet last night. I had seen this dog before, but didn't think of this until now. Does this horse have a name yet? This dog was an aussie that was mostly white with minimal gray and black spots. Her name was Stains. I just happened to think of your horse when I was watching it. hooves
