Hallelujah, it is FRIDAY!
That makes me happy.
I tried to bushhog the back of the hay field--and caught down hotwire in the tractor. Now I have to replace about 800 feet of it tomorrow.
I am happy because the vet gave me something to try to fix Simba's bladder issues. Let's pray it works, because being an outside dog would kill her--but a 140 pound dog that leaks ALL THE TIME is even more than I can bear. Her meds have worked to control her incontinence in her sleep for years, but seem to be losing efficacy. We have a new plan and a back up plan. Cross your fingers that they work.
Barry is working this weekend, so won't be home. I hope to get a lot done--maybe go to the lake, maybe not--weather is not supposed to cooperate. If it is gross, I hope to tear up the carpet in Tequila's room, so we can get rid of the stink and put down wood. But I also plan to sleep sleep sleep....and force myself to do some cardio so I can get out of this rut.
My leg ouchie looks like gangrene has set it. It has not. I think it is the stigmata.
What, you don't think it could be?

Happiness is having half of our weeds/grass cut already. We mow 5 acres with two mowers so it is a good deal--especially in the hot weather.
Happiness would be if we got some rain. Send us down some. We have hardly had any in close to a month.

I'd say catch up on your sleep this weekend. Seems to be a good time to do that. I never sleep more than 5 hours at a crack and collapsed at 5:15PM Friday night and didn't roll out of bed until 8AM Saturday morning. I had no idea I was that tired.
