Woo hoo lookie here, I am the featured blog on Blog Stalkers Unite! Yay me!
Blog Stalkers Unite is a pretty new blog that I found recently--do not ask me how, I do not know how, but I did find it. You have probably seen the button on the side of this blog. It is a new way to bring bloggers together, and it is set up in a really cool way that it updates as members post on their own blogs, so it is easy to find new posts by people as they post them. Although I have been there only a short time, I have found a few very cool ones, new-to-me, that have become staples to me already. Try it, you will like it!
So- to all you new people that have come over to visit--thanks! I hope you find something interesting here. There is something for everyone (well almost everyone- :) ), and you can be pretty sure that if you stick around, you will see something so ridiculous happen to me, you will wonder if I am on some secret reality TV show that even I do not know about. I bet you laugh--I do, what else are you going to do?
My husband and I raise horses, but only on the side of our real jobs. His real job has him on the road a lot, leaving me at home with 40 something horses, three Great Danes, and a pig who thinks he is a person who should get to watch TV in the house. We love to travel and do at every chance we get, and we both have families full up of crazy people, although they are different kinds of crazy. I read all the time, and am addicted to learning how to take better pictures, so most posts are full of pictures. In the midst of all that, I manage to find new and unique ways to hurt myself, such as my recent run-in with a handicapped parking sign, and actually wearing a hole in the bottom of my green Crocs such that I got something stuck in my foot that may require a surgeon to get out. All those Paige-asters leads to some interesting blog fodder
Part of my job as the featured blog is to find some good posts on here and direct you to them----lets hope I can do that. This blog covers a lot of stuff, so it is really hard to describe the category it fits in. It is probably most accurate to say it fits in no category at all.
My links are too long, so you either have to cut and paste orto go through the archives, until someone tells me how to fix that bizness. Normally I am not quite this jacked up

This was a trip, when my pet pig got sick. This sort of thing is about par for the course around here.

This was an actual trip where we went scuba diving with friends, but instead sat in the middle of a hurricane--story of my life.

Hey. I'll make you a deal... you hold your head up high with 36, and I'll do the same with 30? ...OR at least we can pretend to? Lol!
