EYES!

Regular ones! I took all these pics of Squeak to show how her ERU has gone in to remission for the moment, and in damn near every photo she closed her eyes. And ni this photo, she looks stupid, but at least her eyes are open. Unlike in this next photo--which is also not good as her mouth is all jacked up with hay, but does show how shiny she is--it is sad that they are all getting hairy already.

I turned her out a couple of days ago since she is done with this course of eye ointments, and she has not moved from the round bale ever since.

I am excited to see this Slybaby as her Slybaby last year was one of the most correct babies I have ever seen, but he ruptured his bladder when he was three months old. This will be my first Slybaby to raise up, and if it is anything like that one, I will love it. I don't know if it is the double dose of Haida in there, which I was nervous about but it worked great at least as far as appearances go--or if those Norman Bruce people really are geniuses when it comes to crossing those Haidas on Docs Sugs Brudders. A little of both I guess.
