Lucky's little girl, now named Riot, has stopped looking like she is shocked to have been born.
She had her first turnout yesterday and figured out what those legs are for---when she runs, she bleats like a lamb. She is darling.
It is fun to watch Lucky with her. She has had about 6 babies, I think, and it takes a toll on her to raise one now, but she so loves it and just blossoms when caring for one. When she was not tripping over Riot cutting her off as she loped circles around her, she just accompanies Riot on her path. Most of the mams chase the babies but Lucky figured out that if she loped a smaller circle, Riot would lope just outside of her in a bigger circle. It was neat to watch

OR....it's mamma 'splaining to her daughter that she needs to behave before she gets into trouble she can't get out of.
Another great photo Paige....you seem to catch a lot of them.
You might be right about those two---they are quite the pair
